Jan 23 2016 9:00am PST | We got ETA from 3rd party service provider. Expected resolution by Jan 23 1pm PST 2016.
Jan 23 2016 3:00am PST | We got report about service failure with sending notification. we confirmed the problem and working with 3rd party to fix the problem. It affect a) login to newly installed app b) sending any notification messages to your employee and visitor welcome message.
